Characteristics - Steve may look frightening, but he is one of the most caring person in Elsiya. He has a family with the surname: Dawes. However, he was separated from his wife and two children towards a concentration camp.
Upon his quest to find his family and take revenge on the CORP soldiers, he meets Alex. With the two of their bonds, Steve is able to express his care and dumbfounded personality.
Appearance - Aside from Steve's personality, his appearance is a bit daunting and frightening. He mostly appears as a prisoner with said clothing.
Story preference (SPOILERS) -
Escape Arc:
Steve is only shown in Alex's past where they are put into the same cell to bond with each other. Later on, Alex decides to escape without Steve.
Marconian Continent Arc:
With short appearances in this arc, Steve makes way to Wisteria while fending off against Tony and his CORP soldiers.
Potrero Arc:
During this arc, Steve is sidetracked in trying to find the enemies: CORP soldiers. Upon his venture, he finds Alex completely injured. Steve also finds Tony, and the two of them begin the final battle when Steve falls into his last fate.
