Sirius

Characteristics - Sirius is a hot-headed cloudmaster known to be known as a blue elf. His known ability is to create clouds and hide within his mist. Its voice is quite squeaky and its speed is extremely high for a small living being. Although it may look scary, it has some weak sides.

Appearance - This Halfling has a blue body and is short in height. It has clouds for hair along with a smiley clip attached onto him. Sirius wears a cloud for both his scarf and bottoms. He has two times the length of a nose than a normal human being while having long gritting teeth like Shuttle.

Story preference (SPOILERS) -

Echoville Arc:
Sirius is important in the arc mainly for protecting the whole jungle of Echoville with clouds. Later in the arc, Sirius meets Jaime and they begin to fight. Throughout their tricky battles, Sirius becomes imploded by Jaime's attacks and later returns out of the blue in the end in order to stop the group.

Relation to:
Although Sirius does not have that much connection to the Echoville character, he is deemed important for all of them because he protects the village and jungle by shrouding a mist around their whole hometown so that no outsiders could come in. However, this plan was not completely successful due to the fact that he has to fight against the most complicated counterpart, Jaime Tang.
