Characteristics - Toppo is an ecstatic, always-happy dancer who can somehow fight with stealth and ease. His battle stances are proven mostly against Danny. When Toppo is in trouble, he would quickly run away and his personality would change into a coward in an instant.

Appearance - With pink hair, Toppo appears to have the facial features of a woman: flower tattoos, purple lipstic, yellow armbands, and a flower for a necklace. If he could, he would give himself hearts all over himself to show his love to the world.

Story preference (SPOILERS) -

Echoville Arc:
Toppo debuts in sector 9 where Danny decides to invade. Following their meet, Toppo chases after Danny in a strange, non-angerish way and somehow defeats Danny with his ballet techniques. Later in the arc, Toppo and Danny are shown again and Vialaro watches them being spared.

Toppo does not have many close relations with the Echoville characters but he does "fight" against Daniel Cortes by using odd word choice that bothers him in many ways. He is also one of many victims hurt by his own teammate, Vialaro.
