Characteristics - Although he was originally Lieutenant Braus in secret, Michael's Earthian personality is revealed in Biology class as a teacher's assistant. He is mostly calm in his conversations.
As a lieutenant in the world of Elsiya, he is rather sarcastic and purposely irresponsible on his job to chase after the main characters.
Appearance - Michael may look like a serious character, but he acts the complete opposite. His eyes are dotted, indicating that there is no seriousness in his personality in case needed. He is known for his bushy eyebrows.
Story preference (SPOILERS) -
Escape Arc:
As Lieutenant Braus, Michael is in charge of leading the peasants into the concentration camp of West Bridge. He first calls in Matt to ask why he was not born in the world of Elsiya. Later, he lets all four students, Matt, Yessenia, Alex, and Venus, escape while they had the chance.
Enheizer Arc:
Lieutenant Braus continues to look for the two groups who headed into Enheizer. He appears in the headquarters before Jaime.
Marconian Continent Arc:
Lieutenant Braus is revealed as "Michael" in his arc when Yessenia cracks his helmet open. He later explains about the connection between Yessenia, her sister, and the class of 2009 as a whole. Yessenia is not very fond of the revealing truth, though. He then decides to kidnap Alice because he believes it is better to cut the elemental line at class of 2011 instead of 2012.
Potrero Arc:
Michael reappears with Alice in order to stop Tony from destroying Wisteria. He decides to stay in Wisteria to help restore the city while the main group heads over to the Druskane Continent.

Relation to:
Michael appears as a cameo character early in the Elsiyan world. Michael makes note to Matthew Tran specifically to avoid Rowen Bartholemute, but Matt decides to befriend him anyway. He also stays close to Alice Quach, making sure that the cut mark on powers stops after class of 2011. Furthermore, he is semi close to Yessenia Zhou due to her sister being in the same school year as Michael.
