Characteristics - Omar first shows as a happy, carefree character. He can also show his serious side. He tends to have a few running gags.
Once in awhile, Omar uses his "Omar's School of ___" to teach his friends about things that they do not know. His character also changes jobs with their designated clothes swiftly. Most important, Omar is known as a gifted student who learns and remembers anything quickly. This may be troublesome for Tony's plot.
Appearance - Omar is seen with blueish hair and green eyes. He starts out with red clothing as a pilot of the Floyde ship.
Story preference (SPOILERS) -
Marconian Continent Arc:
Omar debuts in the Marconian Continent Arc as a pilot of the Floyde ship. He constantly calls William "sir" and he strangely does not comply with orders. Instead of slowing down the airship, he speeds the airship. He also saves Matt and Venus from falling out of the Floyde ship - leaving the pilot room empty...
When the Floyde ship crashes into the Nerim Lake, Omar wakes up and says he will go to Melvin on his own by going up the waterfall without any assistance of Matt and Venus. He is apparently looking for an old friend.
In the imperial city of Melvin, Omar makes way to the Imp Panda restaurant where he meets Peter. Jaime appears and tries to make a battle against Omar, but Omar successfully escapes.
On the elevator boat towards the Nerim Lake, Jaime and Omar have a serious fight this time around but Omar loses immediately. This causes him to be kidnapped.
Potrero Arc:
In this arc, Omar becomes one of the strongest antagonist controlled by William on order to fight against the main group. Incidentally, he fights against the strongest protagonist of the main group: Yessenia.
Rowen Arc:
During the Rowen arc, Omar joins Yessenia's group in order to stop Rowen. When things start picking up, Omar decides to stay in Crestwood with the Terris in order to take the ship to Tigre Village without walking there. Later, he arrives at Tigre Village with Peter and Brandon Ms. Omar decides to head over to Dalstidia to find Joey and the spirit girl, Thuy. After returning to Tigre Village once more, he agrees to stop Rowen in the final battle while teaming up with his main teammate: Peter.
