Characteristics - Peter is one of the more logical characters in the story. His main role so far in the story is usually with Joey where he fixates Joey's mind from confusion.
He is rather more connected to Maggie, who are both Neopets browsers.
He is often called a panda.
Story preferences (SPOILERS) -
Starters Arc:
Late in this Arc, Joey appears with Peter and Joey tells him that Matt has fire powers. With too much of such an imagination, Peter disagrees and moves on.
Dispel Arc:
Joey returns again to tell Peter that Matt is still in suspicion. His jacket is always warm and even with Shirley's quickly-made frozen ice cubes were too much. Peter is still in disbelief.
He later talks to Maggie about their similarities: Neopets.
Echoville Arc:
With the help of Peter's house, Matt and some of their friends steal Yessenia's backpack as a joke and hide in Peter's home.
Forest of Emille Arc:
Peter's birthday finally arrives and the group of students join along in his party. However, in a hurry, Matt and his friends have to disappear for a few minutes in order to find out what is going on in the Forest of Emille ruins. Their sudden disappearance causes Peter to wonder about these 'powers' that Joey constantly fusses about.
Luther Arc:
Peter is now almost completely sure about Matt's fire powers but he does not want to mention his change in belief towards Joey. He rejects Jennifer's first offer to join together and help Matt's group. Instead, he decides to indirectly help Jennifer and Matt's group in stopping Luther in his own way.
Marconian Continent Arc:
Peter is met upon Omar in a panda restaurant within the imperial city of Melvin. As a result, Jaime arrives to capture Omar, but Omar's speed is a bit too hasty for him. When Jaime attempts to throw the animal transformation elemental crystal at Omar, Omar dodges and the crystal attaches onto Peter, causing him to turn into... a certain animal.
Later in the arc, Peter is invited to the main group to defeat the antagonists of Wisteria: the Potrero group.
Potrero Arc:
Once the whole group split up, Peter was stuck fighting against Maggie.
Rowen Arc:
Peter and Omar become comic relief characters in this arc. He joins Yessenia's group in order to stop the Peridot soldiers in Tigre Village. Once the whole group has been brought down, Peter and Omar are one of the few who are still able to stop Rowen.
Sunlit Mayhem Arc:
In this arc, Peter becomes one of the ten contestants to fight for his and his friends' right back home. In the mayhem, Peter is required to battle Lagi, a tigerwoman who has high speed and sometimes act infatuated towards Peter whenever he is in his panda form. He also struggles to control his panda transformation to his desires but he overcomes his abilities in this battle.
Juvenile Arc:
Peter is briefly shown in this arc when butting heads with Omar.

Relation to:
Although originally a minor character, Peter spoke to several people. He is close friends with Joey Yip who always tells him about elemental powers. Peter is also friends with Jaime Tang and Huy Trang. It is also listed that Peter and Maggie Yao browse through the same website online. Along the story, Peter appears to make many comic relief quarrels with Omar Leyva.
